Our custom coffee is prepped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When you place your order, we'll send an email with the date when they will be roasted and prepped.
Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer replacements if the product was delivered in bad shape or delivered to the wrong address. If you need a product replacement, please reach out to info@thespicybeanlab.com
